Lateral thoracic radiograph (underexposed) showing mild left ventricular enlargement causing elongation of the cardiac silhouette. A slight bulge in the region of the cranial waist is consistent with poststenotic dilatation of the proximal (ascending) aorta. Pulmonary vasculature appears unremarkable.
